摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering triethylamine and acetone industrially advantageous from a uniform waste liquid produced in a process of manufacturing naphthalenedicarboxylic acid and including naphthalenedicarboxylic acid triethylamine salt, water, triethylamine, and acetone.SOLUTION: After base substitution is carried out by adding alkali metal hydroxide or alkaline earth metal hydroxide to a uniform waste liquid produced in a process of manufacturing naphthalenedicarboxylic acid and including naphthalenedicarboxylic acid triethylamine salt, water, 2 to ≤20 mass% triethylamine, and 22-70 mass% acetone, the waste liquid is distilled while held in a state in which base-substituted naphthalenedicarboxylate is dissolved.
