<p>PURPOSE: A high-speed film forming device and a film forming method using the same are provided to improve the quality of an exterior material of diecasting alloy by expressing various colors on the exterior material with uniformity of coloring. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed film forming device comprises a chamber, a voltage application unit which applies negative DC voltage or pulsed DC voltage to a work piece loaded in the chamber, an arc cathode, a shutter, an auxiliary anode for AEGD which cleans the surface of the work piece, an evaporation heating unit which melts and evaporates a deposition material, a deposition material supply unit which continuously supplies a wire or plate type deposition material to the evaporation heating unit, and a voltage control unit which controls the voltage applied to the work piece to regulate the energy of ion injected to the work piece.</p> |
