PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of pH-sensitive polymersome is provided to accept hydrophobic and hydrophilic drug at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of pH-sensitive polymersome comprises: a step of forming a poly(β-aminoester) by reacting a bisacrylate compound, and an amine based compound having hydroxy group; a step of forming hydroxyl group in the side chain of the poly (β- amino ester) compound; a step of polymerizing the (β- amino ester) compound, and the lactide; a step of copolymerizing the polyethylene glycol compound to the polymer. |
