PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a bagged product by holding a polar plate with a separator.SOLUTION: A bagging device 1 has: a first conveyance unit 110 which supplies a first separator belt 11 to a first welding position P1 which forms a first welding part h1 extending in the width direction between the first separator belt 11 and a second separator belt 12; a second conveyance unit 120 which supplies the second separator belt 12 to the first welding position P1 so as to form an angle to the first separator belt 11; and a third conveyance unit 130 which supplies a polar plate 13 to the first welding position P1 so as to form angles to each between the first separator belt 11 and the second separator belt 12.
