PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a repeated situation of continuous search of many inaccessible cells (CSG cells) in a closed access mode and cell selection when a mobile terminal is located at a position where radio waves from a large number of cells set into different operation modes reaches.SOLUTION: Cell identification information subordinate to a different range from the range of the cell identification information for a CSG cell is allocated to a cell that operates in a hybrid access mode. The cell that operates in the hybrid access mode transmits a synchronous signal to which a synchronization code having one-by-one correspondence to the cell identification information is allocated. Using the synchronous signal, the mobile terminal synchronizes with the cell that operates in the hybrid access mode, and detects the cell identification information of the synchronized cell. |
