PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal joined member, by which defective chemical conversion treatment and defective painting caused by a remaining flux can be suppressed and the corrosion resistance and appearance of the metal joined member can be improved, and to provide a metal joined member.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a metal joined member W in which metal members W1, W2 are joined has a brazing step for brazing the metal members W1, W2 by laser brazing after applying a flux to the contact surface of the brazing material with the metal member, or by using a brazing material containing the flux, a high frequency laser pulse irradiation step for removing the remaining flux on the surface of a brazed part by irradiating the brazed part with the high frequency laser pulse and a chemical conversion treatment step for applying chemical conversion including the brazed part with which the high frequency laser pulse is irradiated. |
