PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally disintegrating coated tablet in which fast disintegratability in the oral cavity is ensured, and a coating layer is not cracked even when the orally disintegrating coated tablet swells by moisture absorption under high humidity.SOLUTION: An orally disintegrating coated tablet includes a drug excluding nalfurafine or its pharmacologically acceptable salt and is coated with a coating layer containing a water soluble substance which is at least one of maltose, maltitol, sorbitol, xylitol, fructose, glucose, lactitol, isomaltose, lactose, erythritol, mannitol, trehalose, and sucrose, dissolves in an amount of 1 g or more in less than 10 mL of water at 20°C, has a hydroxy group in the molecule, and has a molecular weight per unit hydroxy group of 200 or less and 10 to 60 wt.% of a polyvinyl alcohol resin relative to the weight of the coating layer. The coating layer is disintegrated in the oral cavity in less than 18 seconds, and the orally disintegrating coated tablet is disintegrated in the oral cavity in less than 60 seconds. |
