PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain concentration of connection to a prescribed access point and optimize a communication environment.SOLUTION: A portable information processing device according to the invention is characterized by comprising: receiving means for receiving a radio wave from an access point performing radio communication by means of radio communication means; and control means for determining whether the access point is an internal access point built in a karaoke device or an external access point outside of the karaoke device on the basis of identification information included in the radio wave from the access point if it received the radio wave from the access point by the receiving means, and performs radio communication by preferentially connecting to the internal access point by the radio communication means.
