PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect abnormalities of a stepping motor relatively simply with high precision.SOLUTION: Processing for step out of a stepping motor is carried out only when the absolute value of the difference between a value Pd, obtained by counting the stop positions included in a drive signal for driving the stepping motor during a predetermined period, and the adjusted pulse count value Ps' of pulse signals, output according to actual rotation of the stepping motor during the predetermined period, goes above a threshold Pth, and the absolute value of the difference between a set driving speed V of the stepping motor and the actual speed Vs of the stepping motor determined from the period of a pulse signal goes above a threshold Vth. |
