FLUID-BASED CULTURE MEDIUM

PURPOSE: A cell culture medium is provided to replace a commercial culture medium using an infusion solution and an injection solution which are approved as a pharmaceutical product. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cell culture medium comprises the step of mixing an infusion solution or an injection solution for supplying vitamin; an infusion solution or an injection solution for supplying amino acids; and an infusion solution or an injection solution for supplying inorganic salts. The cell culture medium has the similar composition as a commercial cell culture medium. The method further comprises the step of adding glucose, inorganic salts supplements, antibiotics, and antifungal agents.
