PURPOSE: An automobile headliner with high acoustic absorptivity is provided to obtain excellent marketability and acoustic absorptivity by forming a material layer for improving acoustic absorptivity. CONSTITUTION: An automobile headliner with high acoustic absorptivity comprises a base material layer(10) and a material layer(20). The material layer is formed one side of the base material layer and comprises a felt layer(21), a flexible polyurethane foam layer(22), and a skin layer. The flexible polyurethane foam layer is formed on the top of the felt layer. The skin layer is formed on the top of the flexible polyurethane foam layer. |
