PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for an adhesive tape which has a nonadherent layer provided on a base material film, is capable of effectively suppressing the occurrence of excess adhesion by the heating of a pedestal or the like in a case of carrying out dicing or the like by the suction and fixation to a fixing pedestal with a negative pressure, is capable of effectively suppressing blocking in a roll like form by providing the nonadherent layer on the base film, is free from tearing and breaking at the time of rewinding from the roll like form, is familiar between the nonadherent layer and the base material film and has excellent followability to the deformation such as stretching and to provide the adhesive tape including the film for the adhesive tape.SOLUTION: A film for an adhesive tape is provided with a nonadherent layer on one surface of a plastic film. The surface of the nonadherent layer has an uneven structure and the indentation-hardness of the recessed part of the surface of the nonadherent layer at 80°C by a nanoindenter is ≥6.0 MPa. |
