<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to operate cells excluding a defective cell by connecting electrodes on the right side and the left side of the defective cell. CONSTITUTION: A first cell is formed on a support substrate. A second cell is formed near the first cell. The first cell and the second cell each include a rear electrode layer(200), a light absorbing layer(300), and a window layer(500). A connection part(600) electrically connects the first cell to the second cell and includes metal materials.</p> |
