PURPOSE: A plant observation kit is provided to observe plant growth, thereby improving usability as an observation tool. CONSTITUTION: A plant observation kit (1) includes a freshwater tank (10), mat tank (40), wick (40), and root guide holes. The fresh water tank has a first opening at the upper part, and contains water. The mat tank has a second opening at the upper part, and contains a bed soil mat. The mat tank is placed at the upper part of the freshwater tank in order to open and close the first opening. The wick touches the bed soil mate, and at least one end of the wick is extended to the inside of the freshwater tank in order to supply water in the freshwater tank to the bed soil mat. The root guide holes, which are formed at the bottom of the mat tank, guides plant roots, which are sown in the bed soil mat, to the inside of the freshwater tank. |
