PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scribing wheel suitable for forming a scribe line on a brittle material substrate harder than general non-crystalline glass substrate such as a ceramic substrate, a scribing device, and a scribing method.SOLUTION: In a scribing wheel 30, sintered diamond includes 65.0-95.0 vol% diamond, 2.0-10.0 vol% ultrafine particle carbide, and a binder as the rest. An average particle diameter of the diamond is within a range of 8.0-75.0 μm. The binder is formed of iron-based metal constituted primarily of cobalt. |
