PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool heat radiation fins.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine includes: a rotation shaft 11; a rotor fixed so as to enclose the rotation shaft 11 and rotating; an annular stator formed by laminating multiple steel plates and formed so as to enclose the rotor; a stator frame 14 housing the stator and the rotor with an outer peripheral surface of the stator fixed to a part of an inner wall surface; and multiple heat radiation fins 15 that are attached to the radial outer side of the stator frame 14, are formed so as to extend maintaining a predetermined angle relative to an extending direction of the rotation shaft 11, and are disposed so as to be spaced away from each other.
