PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a cooling unit having a preferable structure from the viewpoint of positive use of heat exchange between a heating element and surrounding air, when the heating element is disposed so as to be able to transfer heat to a heat sink.SOLUTION: A case is equipped with an opening portion 43 configuring an intake port or an exhaust port of a blower. An element disposing portion 10a, a heating element 20, and a radiating portion 32 are disposed on the opposite side to an impeller over the opening portion 43. A heat-receiving portion 31 is disposed on the opposite side to the element displacing portion 10a in regard to the heating element 20 so as to be able to transfer heat. A heat sink 30 is fixed on a substrate 10. A space surrounded by the heat sink 30, the substrate 10, and the heating element 20 forms a ventilating path 50 extending in a flowing direction of air formed by rotations of the impeller. Both of the radiating portion 32 and the ventilating path 50 are disposed so as to be at least partially superimposed on the opening portion 43 in a flowing direction view. |
