PURPOSE: A distress signal automatic transmission device is provided to distinguish a distress location easily by generating a distress signal automatically by an illumination perception sensor. CONSTITUTION: An automatic transmission device (200) comprises a cylindrical transparent tube (240), a first stopper (230), and a second tube stopper (220). A substrate is arranged inside the transparent tube, and an illumination perception sensor and a light emitting device are arranged, and a distress call is generated into an air by the illumination perception sensor and the light emitting device. The first tube stopper fixes one side of the substrate, and a power switch in which the substrate turns on and off a power is installed. The second tube stopper fixes the other side of the substrate, and controls an automatic SOS function, a red flash function, a manual SOS function, an infrared ray function, a quiet mode, and a power off function selectively through the light emitting device.
