PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction adjusting device having a higher direction adjusting ability compared to a direction adjusting device using a side wall.SOLUTION: A direction adjusting device includes a conveyor 20 moving a commodity in an almost horizontal direction and a direction adjusting member 61 for adjusting the direction of an article to be moved by being brought into contact with the article to be moved in a direction which is a horizontal direction and almost perpendicular to the moving direction of the article to be moved. The direction adjusting member 61 includes rollers R1 to R3 and r1 to r3 which are rotatable around rotation axes extended in a vertical direction respectively and the side surfaces of the rollers R1 to R3 and r1 to r3 are brought into contact with the commodity, to adjust the direction of the commodity.
