PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent light-weight waterproof sheet for building material capable of maintaining excellent nail hole sealability, in order to solve the problem that although excellent waterproofness can be maintained in a water permeability test in a state of nails being driven in a previous technique, because of the complicate structure there is a need for development of a simpler waterproof sheet for building material capable of maintaining enough nail hole sealability.SOLUTION: A light-weight waterproof sheet for building material of this invention comprises a nonwoven fabric layer and a foam resin layer laminated on the upper part of the nonwoven fabric layer in order to maintain the nail hole sealability. Preferably the foam resin layer is foamed by a factor of 1.5-100 by a foaming agent. |
