PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractor capable of sufficiently and easily widening an incised region to the rear side of a bone.SOLUTION: A retractor 2 for opening an incised region by use of a retraction pair 10 includes: the retraction pair 10; a handle 20 for performing an opening/closing operation of the retraction pair 10; and an arm pair 30 connecting the handle 20 and the retraction pair 10. The retraction pair 10 has a first retraction implement 11 and a second retraction implement 12. The first retraction implement 11 has: an insertion end 11BZ capable of being inserted to the rear side of a bone to the incised region; and a bone engagement part 11BY capable of engaging with the bone, provided on a base part side rather than the insertion end. The second retraction implement 12 has: an insertion end 12BZ capable of being inserted into a body on the rear side of the bone to the incised region; and a bone engagement part 12BY capable of engaging with the bone, provided on a base part side rather than the insertion end. The retraction pair 10 pinches the bone by use of the pair of bone engagement parts 11BY, 12BY. |
