PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O/W emulsified skin cosmetic excellent in effects such as spread to a skin, adaptation to a skin, no sticky feeling, emollient feeling, stiff feeling, and improvement of wrinkles and slacks.SOLUTION: An O/W emulsified skin cosmetic includes: acetylated hyaluronic acid; a specific polymethacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine derivative; non-emulsifying crosslinking silicone; glycerin; polyvinyl alcohol; an acrylamide thickener; and oil of the total amount of 25 mass% or more to the whole amount of the O/W emulsified skin cosmetic. |
