PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an ink tube in an integrated manner from a housing without removing it alone from a connecting section of an ink tank in a recording apparatus equipped with the ink tank outside of the housing.SOLUTION: A recording apparatus includes a housing 2, an ink tank 11, an ink tube 13, and a passing-through section 53 for the tube. The housing 2 accommodates a head unit 7 equipped with a recording head 5. The ink tank 11 is installed outside of the housing. The ink tube 13 is connected with an adapter 27 detachably fitted to a head unit and the ink tank so as to introduce an ink to the recording head through the adapter. The ink tube 13 is also provided with a deformable and movable section 31 which follows movement of the head unit and deforms. The passing-through section 53 for the tube is installed on a side surface of the housing and allows the ink tube to pass through to the outside of the housing. The passing-through section for the tube also accepts the ink tube removably in a state with both the adapter and ink tank integrally connected with the ink tube. |
