PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toxic substance decomposition treatment method of waste oil, capable of reducing an equipment cost and an operation cost and allowing biotreatment excellent in handleability and sanitation by high treatment capacity without using a large amount of rice bran even while being a highly safe treatment method, and to provide its decomposition treatment plant.SOLUTION: Waste oil containing toxic substances is dechlorinated using a high alkaline aqueous solution in an agitation tank 4, and then, is made aqueous by adding an emulsifying agent, and next, is detoxified by executing microbial decomposition inside a biotreatment tank 6 in which fully matured organic fertilizers containing respective bacteria of Pseudomonas, Nesterenkonia Halobia, Corynebacterium Acuatim, and Brevibacillus agri are components of a mushroom bed. |
