PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility of a projection image.SOLUTION: An image projection device includes: an extraction unit 23 that extracts a feature amount from contents of a projection object; a dividing unit 24 that divides a projection area into a plurality of division areas according to the amount of light; a determination unit 25 that determines arrangement of the contents to the projection area; and a creation unit 26 that creates projection image data of the contents on the basis of the arrangement.
