PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology allowing the provision of objective data for center management while reducing an examination time in ophthalmology.SOLUTION: A fundus observation device includes an optical system, an image formation part, a specification part, an association information generation part, and an evaluation information generation part. The optical system divides light from a light source into signal light and reference light, superposes the signal light having passed through a fundus of an examined eye and the reference light having passed through a reference optical path to generate interference light, and detects the interference light. The image formation part forms a tomographic image of the fundus based on a detection result of the interference light. The specification part analyzes the tomographic image to specify an abnormal region positioned near a central pit of the fundus. The association information generation part calculates a distance between the central pit and the abnormal region, and generates association information where a direction of the abnormal region to the central pit and the distance are associated. The evaluation information generation part generates evaluation information for evaluating a state of the fundus based on the association information. |
