PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit that can adjust a driving voltage.SOLUTION: A drive circuit 1 includes a charge pump section 3 having a capacitor Cx. The capacitor Cx of the charge pump section 3 is so configured that a first terminal IN1 is charged to a higher potential than a second terminal IN2 during an on period and that the first terminal IN1 is connected to a negative terminal INN and the second terminal IN2 is connected to a gate of a main switching element M1 during an off period. The charge pump section 3 is configured to adjust a charging voltage value of charging the capacitor Cx on the basis of an instruction signal S1. |
