PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an output value display function of a wavelength variable monochromatic light source with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In a wavelength variable monochromatic light source, an output light quantity corresponding to a selected wavelength or the brightness of a light source is previously measured and stored, and when a wavelength or the brightness of a light source is selected, a stored value is used for sequential arithmetic operations, to thereby automatically display an output light quantity of an irradiation surface on a display unit of a control unit. |
