PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous poly(meth)acrylic acid-based polymer solution which exhibits excellent dispersibility to inorganic matter, excellent dispersibility with time, and a satisfactory color tone.SOLUTION: An aqueous poly(meth)acrylic acid-based polymer solution is an aqueous solution containing a poly(meth)acrylic acid-based polymer. At least a part of carboxyl groups of the poly(meth)acrylic acid-based polymer are neutralized by secondary amine and/or tertiary amine. The molar ratio of (meth)acrylic acid (acrylate)-derived structural units contained in the aqueous solution to secondary or tertiary amine (salt)-derived structural units contained therein is 100:10 to 100:120. The concentration of inorganic anions including sulfur atoms or phosphorus atoms in the aqueous solution is 1,000-30,000 ppm. |
