PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a finger contact area of an upper face in push-in work without enlarging a fixing clip.SOLUTION: A mounting structure of a skin material 3 to a fixing clip 10 is provided. The fixing clip 10 includes: a chuck part 11 that fastens a suspender 3C attached to the back side of the skin material 3 by insertion; and a hook part 12 that is hooked to a hanging groove 2A of a cushion pad 2 by push-in. The chuck part 11 includes a pair of clamping pieces 11A that is elastically deformed by insertion of the suspender 3C into such a shape as clamping the suspender 3C from both the sides and engaged with the upper face of the suspender 3C into a shape of a hooking state. The suspender 3C is formed with a projection part 3C3 that, in a state where the suspender 3C is inserted and fastened between the respective clamping pieces 11A of the chuck 11, projects from a clearance 11G between the respective clamping pieces 11A and shortens a step formed between the upper faces 11D of the respective clamping pieces 11A to approximate the height thereto. |
