Disclosed are functional underpants for men, which are underpants having a waist band fixed to the waist of a wearer and thigh accommodation portions for accommodating thighs by being worn on the thighs of the wearer, and the underpants further comprise a cooling bag provided inside the underpants in which the penis and the scrotum of the wearer are positioned, wherein the cooling bag (10) comprises: a first connection portion (12) and a second connection portion (13) having upper ends that are respectively sewn by first sewing portions (11) and are connected to the waist band (2) of the underpants (1); an accommodation portion (14) for connecting the lower parts of the first connection portion (12) and the second connection portion (13) and having the scrotum accommodated therein; a second sewing portion (15) for sewing the underpants (1), the first connection portion (12), and the second connection portion (13) such that the first connection portion (12) and the second connection portion (13) can be supported in the underpants (1); and a third sewing portion (16) for connecting the accommodation portion (14) and the thigh accommodation portions (3) of the underpants (1) such that the accommodation portion (14) can be fixed to the underpants (1), wherein a ventilating portion (17) through which air flows is further comprised between the accommodation portion (14) and the underpants (1). The present invention having the configuration above enables: a cooling bag to be further provided on the inner side of the underpants so as to prevent the scrotum and thighs from coming in contact with each other when the scrotum of a wearer is placed and accommodated in the cooling bag; only a part in which the scrotum is placed to be formed in a pocket shape so as to prevent the scrotum from strongly sticking to the cooling bag; and sweat to be easily discharged by air permeability so as to maintain a low temperature of the scrotum. |
