<p>PURPOSE: A cell loading device for manufacturing tempered window cover glasses is provided to accurately place unit cells on a processing location of a machine table by using a guide member and to firmly fix the unit cells on the processing location by using a magnet member installed in a fixing block. CONSTITUTION: A cell loading device for manufacturing tempered window cover glasses comprises a lower plate (100), an upper plate (200), fixed blocks (110), inserting holes (210), and guide members (220). The lower and upper plates respectively have fixed size and shape. The upper plate is arranged on top of the lower plate with a predetermined interval. One or more of the fixed blocks are formed on the upper side of the lower plate. Unit cells (300) of the disk glass are located in the fixed block. One or more of the inserting holes are formed on the upper plate with a predetermined size, and the fixed block is inserted into the inserting hole. The guide member is formed on an upper surface of the upper plate and accurately locates the unit cell on the fixed block. One or more of magnet members (500) are mounted on the fixed block.</p> |
