PURPOSE: A 6 shafts automatic welding system of an angle overlapped part and a method thereof are provided to improve a quality by reducing a fatigue of a welder or a deformity of a welding quality of an angle overlapped part of a carrier, and to enable to perform a minute welding. CONSTITUTION: A 6 shafts automatic welding system of an angle overlapped part comprises a moving unit(100), a welding unit(200), and a welding control unit(300). The moving unit is arranged on an LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) carrier, and is laminated to multi-stages, and is mobile along a different axis line. The welding unit mobiles along multiple axis lines, and comprises a welding torch. The welding control unit recognizes a welding position formed on a random position. The welding torch is located in the welding position. The welding control unit controls a driving of the moving unit and the welding unit in order to weld the welding position. |
