PURPOSE: A cooling fan operation-control method of a vehicle is provided to secure stable cooling performance of the temperature of engine cooling water, and to minimize unnecessary operation of a cooling fan, thereby improving fuel efficiency of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: The temperature of cooling water of an inlet part and outlet part of a radiator is measured(S10). The temperature difference between the cooling water of the inlet part and outlet part of the radiator is calculated, and then whether the calculated temperature difference is more than a standard temperature difference or not is judged(S20). The new target temperature is determined by a fixed value of an increased temperature amount which is added to the target temperature in case the difference of temperature between the cooling water of the inlet part and outlet part of the radiator is judged as more than a standard temperature difference(S30). A fan clutch of a cooling fan is controlled to correspond to the newly determined target temperature(S40).
