PURPOSE: An air conditioner, an air conditioning system with the same, and a lighting system are provided to increase energy efficiency and to provide comfort environment by preventing the waste of energy caused by the indiscreet operation of an indoor unit regardless of the existence of occupants. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner comprises one or more outdoor units(300), multiple indoor units(200), and a control device(100). An air conditioning space is divided into multiple sections. The outdoor units are installed in the multiple sections. The indoor units and the outdoor units are connected to implement the air conditioning of the multiple sections. The control device controls the operation of the indoor units. The control device comprises a communication part and a control part. |
