PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device integrated type rotary electric machine capable of improving cooling capability for an inverter device without upsizing in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine device 13 has inflow ports 21d, 22d formed in both axial end faces of a housing 16. A duct 40 is provided to a side face of the housing 16 positioned around a driving shaft 14, and an introduction port 41 which is opened in an axial direction of the driving port 14 is formed in a front side wall 40a of the duct 40. Further, first and second flow passage forming members 50, 60 in which cooling air can flow are provided by linking the interior of the duct 40 to the introduction port 41 so as to suck the cooling air from the introduction port 41 to the inflow ports 21d, 22d. An inverter device 47 is arranged on the duct 40 which is a side face of the housing positioned around the driving shaft 14, and pin fins 49 of the inverter 47 are positioned in the duct 40. |
