PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify a book only by watching a small lot and to avoid damage in the appearance of a stock sheet, in a data editing apparatus and a program for case binding.SOLUTION: For case binding of a plurality of stock sheets into a book, in data editing of the plurality of stock sheets, a title related image TG for identifying the book is divided in a predetermined direction to obtain a title piece image TPG. Data are edited in such a manner that the title piece image TPG can be printed in a region including an end of a small lot side of the stock sheet in the state where the book can be recognized by watching a small lot of the flatly closed book, and an arbitrary additional image FG is printed to a region at least adjacent to the title piece image TPG. |
