PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information communication testing device capable of performing a communication connection test of an unspecified large number of medical instruments.SOLUTION: A medical information communication testing device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a setting information storage unit that stores a plurality of pieces of communication setting information; a medical information storage unit that stores medical information including at least one of patient information, inspection information, and image information; information selecting means for selecting communication setting information to be used among the plurality of pieces of communication setting information; and a simulated communication test unit that performs a communication test with medical instruments according to a medical protocol by using the medical information and the communication setting information selected by the information selecting means.
