PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal foil laminate that is curl-free and excellent in property such as dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: A metal foil laminate is configured by laminating aromatic polyamideimide on metal foil. The metal foil laminate has following characteristics of (a) to (c): (a) the aromatic polyamideimide is polymerized by using trimellitic anhydride, 3, 3', 4, 4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylate dianhydride, and 3, 3', 4, 4'-biphenyltetracarboxylate dianhydride as acid components, and o-tolidine or o-tolidine diisocyanate as an amine component; (b) the aromatic polyamideimide contains 5-99 mol% of structural units represented by a general formula (1) in the structural units; and (c) the metal foil laminate is subjected to heat treatment by using a far-infrared heater. |
