PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of a vibration-isolating connecting rod in which a holding part for holding a first vibration-isolating bushing and a member for holding a second vibration-isolating bushing are welded and fixed, while suppressing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A rod comprises a cylindrical holding part 42 holding a first vibration-isolating bushing 20, a flange part 44 extending radially outward from an outer peripheral surface of the holding part 42, a connecting member 50 keeping the holding part 42 at one end and a second vibration-isolating bushing 30 at the other end. The connecting member 50 extends in a direction of separating from the holding part 42 and contains a pair of connecting parts 51 provided at intervals in an axial direction of the second vibration-isolating bushing 30. The pair of connecting parts 51 are welded and fixed to the flange part 44.
