PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial surface treatment apparatus which can prevent useless supply of electric power for the surface treatment of the external surface of a workpiece and an uneven increase in film thickness on the ridge between the surface of the workpiece or the external surface of the workpiece and the groove of the workpiece.SOLUTION: A partial surface treatment apparatus is provided with a piston head 30a having a groove 32a and acting as an anode, a container 10a having an upper inner cylinder 14a and a lower inner cylinder 15a and holding the piston head 30a, an O-ring 17a disposed in the opening of the groove 32a and sealing the groove 32a, a pouring pipe 40a which protrudes toward the deepest part of the groove 32a so as to penetrate the gap between the seal member or the O-ring 17a and the groove 32a and pours a reaction fluid into the inside of the groove 32a, a discharging pipe 41a which protrudes toward the deepest part of the groove 32a so as to penetrate the gap between the seal member or the O-ring 17a and the groove 32a and discharges the reaction fluid from the inside of the groove 32a, and the pouring pipe 40a or the discharging pipe 41a which acts also as a cathode passing an electric current to the workpiece through the reaction fluid. |
