PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant protective device capable of safely protecting an occupant even when receiving a shock from a side surface, by being installed in a seat frame, without setting a shape with every vehicle like an airbag.SOLUTION: When a vehicle collides, protective members stored in a holding arm installed in a seat frame and holding a shoulder part and a belly part of an occupant are downwardly deployed by rolling-in of tension belts, so that a part over a chest part and the belly part from the shoulder part of the occupant can be protected while covering it, the movement to the side of the occupant can be regulated, and safety of the occupant can be secured. |
