PURPOSE: A coffee roaster is provided to enable a user to easily operate various functions using an LCD monitor. CONSTITUTION: A body (11) forms a frame of a coffee roaster (10). A casing is installed on the lower side of a housing for installing a heating drum (32) and discharging warm air to the lower side. The heating drum receives fresh coffee beans through a feed hopper (20) and has plural fine holes. A blade (33) stirs the coffee beans by the operation of a driving motor (31). A roasting unit (30) roasts the coffee beans. A cooling container (51) is for storing the roasted coffee beans by being installed on the outside of the body. A plate (52) is installed on the inner bottom of the cooling container, and has plural holes (52a). A third duct sucks external air through the holes, and discharges the air to a second duct. A cooling unit (50) cools the roasted coffee beans. A door (70) is closed when roasting the coffee beans, and is opened when the roasting is finished. |
