<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity and reliability by connecting a bus bar to a junction box without forming a hole on the surface of a support substrate. CONSTITUTION: A support substrate(200) supports solar cells(300). A bus bar(400) is electrically connected to the solar cells. A junction box(700) is connected to the bus bar. The bus bar is contacted with a protection cover(500) to surround a part of the support substrate. A protection layer(350) is formed on the upper sides of the solar cells to protect the solar cells.</p> |
