PURPOSE: A mold device for vacuum forming is provided to produce a thin sheet box with inward protruded portions through a vacuum forming process. CONSTITUTION: A mold device for vacuum forming comprises a mold, a vacuum suction unit(140), a cooling water supply unit(150), and a core(160). The mold has a bottom portion(110) and side portions(120). Multiple air suction holes(116) are formed on the bottom portion of the mold. Cooling water flows through the inner flow path of the mold. The vacuum suction unit communicates with the air suction holes and inhales air. The cooling water supply unit supplies cooling water to the inner flow path of the mold. The core is protruded inward from the side portions of the mold. When external force is applied to the core, the core is separated from the inner space of the mold. |
