PURPOSE: An estrogen enhancing agent is provided to be used as a material of natural pharmaceutical products or health food supplement without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an estrogen enhancing agent comprises: a step of determining silkworm species; a step of determining growth state based on the determined silkworm species; a step of freeze-drying the silkworm to prepare silkworm freeze-dried powder; and a step of preparing the estrogen enhancing agent containing the powder.
