PURPOSE: A method for producing germinated soybeans transformed using a recombinant expression vector is provided to enable tocotrienol synthesis and to enhance vitamin E content. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing germinated soybeans with enhanced tocotrienol and vitamin E content comprises: a step of transforming a recombinant vector containing a promoter and a polynucleotide of sequence number 1 into soybeans and germinating the transformed soybeans for 20-35°C for 1-7 days. The promoter is a beta-conglycine, vicilin, globulin, cauliflower mosaic virus(CaMY) 35S promoter, figwort mosaic virus 35S promoter, sugarcane bacilliform virus promoter, Commelina yellow mottle vitus promoter, light-inducible prooter from ribulose-1,5-bis-phosphate carboxylase subunit(ssRUBISCO), adenine phosphoribosyltransferase(APRT) promoter from Arabidopsis, rice actin 1 gene promoter, or mannopine syntase and octopine syntase prmoter. |
