PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure for corners of a structure for improving an internal force and earthquake-resistant performance and a reinforcing method of the corners are provided to highly improve the internal force and the earthquake-resistant performance of the structure by additionally supporting the corners with a support reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing structure for corners of a structure for improving an internal force and earthquake-resistant performance comprises a sliding connection member (2) and a support reinforcing member. The sliding connection member is installed on an inner wall facing a corner of a structure (100). The sliding connection member comprises a connection plate integrally connected to the inner wall and a sliding plate protruding from the connection plate. The support reinforcing member is arranged between the sliding connection members and integrally includes a reinforcing rib.
