PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor, along with a scroll processing method thereof, capable of achieving further efficiency enhancement, by enhancing a side-surface seal in spiral wraps that are in sliding contact with each ether to satisfy both of leakage reduction and sliding-loss reduction, simultaneously.SOLUTION: In a scroll compressor with a compression mechanism formed by engaging a pair of a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll in which spiral wraps 18 and 22 are vertically provided on one surface of end plates thereof, numerous fine depressions 32 are provided on one or both of side surfaces 18A and 18B of a spiral wrap 18 of the fixed scroll and side surfaces 22A and 22B of a spiral wrap 22 of the orbiting scroll, which are in sliding contact with each other. |
