PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a railroad tie from having a columnar recessed portion formed like "spot facing" as a region of the railroad tie which is in contact with a washer is ground with the washer if the washer rotates due to vibrations caused when railroad vehicles travel.SOLUTION: A bracing 3 is tightened and fixed together with a railroad tie S by a hook bolt 5. Consequently, the bracing 3 is interposed between a nut 7 and the railroad tie S, so the bracing 3 functions as a member having both an original function of the bracing of "holding a distance between railroad ties S" and "a function as a washer". Further, the bracing 3 is fixed to a plurality of railroad ties S while connecting the plurality of railroad ties S, which are fixed to a bridge girder 1 with hook bolts 5, so the bracing 3 never rotates around the hook bolt 5. Consequently, the railroad tie S is securely prevented from having a "spot facing". |
